Ovulation blues

Feeling cheated. I have an operation to supposedly remove something that was affecting my ovulation cycles. And i haven't ovulated... Cycle length has gone crazy and i don't know where i am Maybe i missed it as last cycle was only 22 days. Maybe this cycle is going to be longer and i haven't ovulated yet... ARGH!! I want to know what is going on!! :( Gynecologist reckoned we were all systems go BUT ever since the operation my cycles have been odd :(
